Description
Heritage & Provenance: Sourced from the legendary Banzhang Ancient Tea Plantation: Iwakanxiang (巖坎香), home to tea arbors exceeding 300 years of age. Harvested in 1997, the raw material was carefully aged loose for over a decade before being pressed on July 29, 2014.
Hong Kong Master Craftsmanship: Co-produced by renowned Hong Kong senior tea veteran Cheung Wai-yuen (張懷遠) with the celebrated heritage tea house ‘Yishui Moxiang’ (怡水墨香). Each cake represents the pinnacle of traditional Hong Kong tea connoisseurship.
Storage & Cellaring: Benefiting from dedicated dry-storage aging in Hong Kong, this cake has matured cleanly, developing deep notes of aged Chinese medicinal herbs, camphor wood, and jujube sweetness. The liquor is ruby-red and luminous, with a silky, velvet texture that glides down the throat.
Strictly limited to 988 numbered cakes worldwide. Net weight: 357g.
