Yunnan Puerh Ripe Tea, also known as Black Tea or Red Tea, is a type of Puerh tea, known for its unique fermentation process and deep cultural heritage. It is made from Yunnan large-leaf sun-blue tea as raw material, through a complex process of wet-pile fermentation, stacking and aging, and has a unique taste and aroma.

History and Origin
Time of origin: The history of Puerh ripe tea can be traced back to the Ming Dynasty, but the production process of Puerh ripe tea in the modern sense began in the 1950s, especially in 1973, when Yunnan Puerh Tea Factory successfully created the first batch of Puerh ripe tea, which marked the formal formation of the Puerh ripe tea process.
